One club pathway, built around each stage of the game
Warwickshire Community FC is structured for players from U8 through to U18+. Each two-year age band has a clear football-development focus:
| Age group | Development focus |
|---|---|
| U8–U9 | Core Technical Skills |
| U10–U11 | Core 2/3: Player Moves |
| U12–U13 | Advanced Attacking Skills |
| U14–U15 | Phases of Play |
| U16–U17 | First Team Philosophy |
| U18+ | Reserve / First Team |
Current delivery: our live competitive teams are two U9s, two U11s and one U13. The U7-and-below Sunday group provides an earlier introduction to the club. Older pathway stages will open as player numbers, coaching capacity, facilities and governance readiness allow.
