STATUS

Planned

TARGET

2027–28 season

LAUNCH CONDITION

Readiness and approval

Launch remains subject to evidence from Warwickshire Community FC, safeguarding and governance readiness, suitable leadership, coaches, facilities, finance and a formal go/no-go decision. No player recruitment, team entry or delivery start is being announced yet.

EXPANSION STANDARD

A second club must solve more than it creates

The 2027–28 target for Worcestershire Community FC remains conditional. Movement depends on evidence from Warwickshire Community FC and a formal review of the following areas.

Safety and governance

Safeguarding, responsible leadership, information controls and accountable decisions must be credible.

People and capacity

Coaching, administration, facilities and finance must be sufficient without destabilising Warwickshire Community FC.

Delivery quality

The present club must demonstrate standards worth carrying forward, not merely survive.

Local need

A new club must respond to a genuine local opportunity rather than an arbitrary growth target.

For now, delivery is Warwickshire.

Worcestershire is planned for 2027–28, but it will not open until the evidence and operating conditions support it.
