Use the appropriate short form so the club receives the information needed for an initial response.
Existing Warwickshire Community FC families
Continue to use the approved team or club communication route for routine training and matchday messages.
If the route is unclear, email the Club Secretary and include the player’s team.

If you are worried about a child, report it
If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. This website and the general inbox are not monitored as emergency services.
Club route
Email secretary@footballstudies.uk with SAFEGUARDING in the subject. Include only enough information to identify the concern and enable urgent routing to the club’s safeguarding lead.
Independent football route
Email safeguarding@thefa.com, use The FA’s reporting guidance, or call the FA/NSPCC 24-hour helpline on 0808 800 5000.
Do not post a safeguarding concern on social media or in a public group.

General enquiries are normally retained for 12 months after the last substantive contact unless they become an operational record or are subject to a legal, safeguarding or complaint hold.
